Hello im new here, my name is James, i own a 98 model wrx,it has pretty much custom everything(it used to be the NGH orange wrx if anyone remembers & now reborn as PLAY3R as seen on cover of last fast fours).At the moment a brand new engine is being built(cp pistons,rings,eagle rods,crank,billet 280' 10.5mm cams,jun cam pulleys,cosworth oil pump,sti water pump,full ported and polished heads,stainless valves,group a valve springs,EJ-20 fully closed block,trust t67-25g 10cm housing,0.7 stainless steel head gaskets,race bearings,full race gasket set,motec m800,2x bosch 044 pumps,800cc injectors-and the usuals bov,intercooler etc...)and should be put back in the car next week ready to go and get tuned by speedworks early January and HOPEFULLY be all ready for motorvation,no problems yet so is looking good Was wondering where i can get a perth-wrx sticker from to put on the back window for motorvation.
ps.. am hanging for the next whoop ass wednesday once its run in properly....

Nah Matt still owned the car then, i bought it in February this year and it has pretty much been in workshops since then getting stuff done to it,have only driven it a few times this year!!

Nice car man. I remember it on the dyno at autosalon.
When did it run a 11.9?

It ran 11.98 late last year when the td06-25g kit was all fiited up with a few other goodies,Matt was the one that got that time,not too sure what night it was on though,sorry.

Hello James welcome to perth-wrx club , ive got a quike quiestion for you ,
on IGNITION dvd they said your car makes 250 hp atw , was this a fark up or is it true ?
just wondering mate , nice car from any angle ...

Welcome James, I think most of the 'older' p-wrx crew remember the NGH wrx, very nice car...

Yeah they said it had 250hp at the wheels cause thats what it made at the autosalon with 20's on it but on the speedworks hub dyno it made 320. its amazing the difference with a big set of wheels on isnt it!!
