My argument is when I see a mother on the early morning school run.
3 kids in the car, 65 in 50zone all whilst on her phone, in yet she could complain about me supposedly doing anything and I get my car taken.....

Seems real fair and logical.

I am for this legislation. Can't wait, bring it on, well overdue. All hoons should be jailed immediately and the cars impounded.

Confiscating cars doesn't take the dickheads off the road. They just go get other cars. The logic is flawed.

nor does taking there drivers license off them. ivms used in police vehicles and on some mine sites would have far more effect on dickheads on the road.

We all know this, they give out E licences... Hitting them in the hip pocket and having a no crap attitude might make it through a few thick heads.
