I would imagine so, that and people honking at lights signalling for a race
i find the best thing to do when people sit right up behind you and your just the speed limit is to slow down to just under it.

Seriously mate take a chill pill, the kid is just asking some questions, no need to pick on the new members because they have a little lapse in sensibility, we were all young once.

Welcome mate, I know what you mean about the Barry's in the UK buying shit boxes and spending a fortune at Halfords on chrome floor mats and 5"dump pipes.

Prime example of a Corsa and something hideous

buy what you want because at the end of the day its all about how you drive it. All of the cars you can buy can and will get you into serious trouble if you drive like a twat no matter how OLD you are.

Yes a WRX is highpowered, yes it is faster than something N/A.
But you can still kill yourself in something N/A.

Whats your level of driving experience? I know 15 year olds that can out drive far older people,
and could quite easily handle a WRX as a first car. But they have been driving for a few years already.

If you buy a WRX as your first car, take the time to go and do advanced driving lessons.
Every new P-plater should anyway.

If you dont think you are ready, then good for you for admitting to it, and go buy an Impreza RS.

I agree with you there i could get in as much trouble in a excel as i could in an impreza.

But one thing is with the impreza it will be my pride and joy so im less likely to do something stupid in it on the basis of ill wreck my pride and joy

...and then you can do a conversion on it: make it turbo, throw in a dodgy engine, and regret it all afterwards.

Yes, you only need a CAMS license to do khanas. Cheap for Juniors too, get L2SJ lic.
No drivers lic is needed at all.

It's a great way to learn car control at relatively low speeds, and great fun.
My son has done it from age 12, and I still enjoy getting out there.

You forgot "try luck with a second engine". Meanwhile 16k gets spent and could have nearly bought a bugeye STi.
