Light Car Club Khanacross, Sunday 9th of Sept
 

Guys,

The LCC is running a Khanacross (see here for types of motorsport and what is required: [URL]http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/local-motorsport/49880-types-events-what-you-need-get-involved.html[/URL]) on the the 9th of September.

Entries are now open and the supp regs/entry form can be found online here: [URL="http://www.rallyaction.com.au/motorsport.html"]www.rallyaction.com.au/motorsport.html[/URL] where you can also pay online as well.
The tracks used for the event are well graded and suitable for use in road cars, however I would not recommend using lowered cars.
There is a youtube video of a KX test at the venue from March this year just below the payment option too.

Can have up to 3 drivers in each car
Cost is: $37.00 per driver
Venue is in Dowerin.
It is not uncommon to get through 12 (and usually more) tests in a day, depending on entry numbers.

looks like a lot of fun! If I had a bunkier car, I would be into this.. $37 is cheap fun!

Get your entry in, find a bunky on gumtree and come racing.

Kym and Jess, if you are genuine then there's also the Summer Autocross Series (search on Facebook) coming up @ the Speedway.

I'd do this except I'm helping with the motorkhana practice/come & try on Sunday. Keen to try it at one point though!

Alex, I am a fan of most forms of motorsport... I have been carving tracks in properties with farm cars since I was 10... If I had something that was prepped for this kind of thing, I would be there in an instant!
