First time out in a long time. Had an absolute blast. Very steep learning curve with lots of room for improvement ahead. Just out of striking distance of a top 10 finish. Pretty chuffed with the result.

First weekend of motorsport for me in about four months so was quite happy to be behind the wheel again.
Couple of videos from our car - one in each direction. Clockwise Anticlockwise |

Had no idea how he'd respond. Never done anything like it before, but he was more excited than me. He was confident in me and the car and remained cool as a cucumber all day!

Well done Mark, great driving, just looks so smooth.
Nice outing in the IX JME, the old boy looked to be having a blast. The Bunky made it through unscathed which was good, great day and nice to catch up with the usual suspects. |

33rd for us, and 3rd in Class (small class)
Biggest thing for me was improving over each run. Really enjoyed the clockwise version, anti-clock wise not so much, grazed the front left rim, similar to that in the above MGR vid, but I was going abit slower Uphill through the gate, didn't get right once, also lost time in the tight left hander at the fence leaving the car park. Best bit, drove the car home (2hrs) with no issues.
