Summary is...

1kg of fire extinguisher which must have been tagged in the last 6 months.
2x reflective triangles.
1x first aid kit.
Battery secure with positive terminal covered.
Battery triangle sticker.
Compliant helmets and HANS if you have them.

Belts
- if running standard belts, must be in good working order with no signs of damage.
- if running harnesses must be in date with no signs of damage.

Lights - headlights, brake lights, tail lights and reverse lights must all be working.

The usual no loose objects in the car and long sleeves, pants, covered shoes.
If you have racesuit, boots, balaclava etc then you should be wearing them.

9.4 Compulsory equipment which will be checked at scrutiny includes:
(i) Roll over protection, if installed, specified in Schedule J of the NCRs.
(ii) Full harness seat belts if installed, that complies with Schedule I of the NCRs.
(ii) Fuel shall be in accordance with Schedule G of the CAMS manual
(iv) A first aid kit that complies with CAMS Regulations.
(v) A fire extinguisher complying with NCR Schedule H Part 4(i), i.e. AS1841.5 2kg.
(vi) Helmets and apparel complying with NCR Schedule D
(vii) Reflective safety triangles.
(viii) Vehicles must be adequately muffled to comply with noise restrictions of 95dB (A).

CAMS recently issued a technical bulletin on Jan 1st, updating Schedule H, Table H1 to include extinguisher requirements for S1 Rallysprint events. The requirement is now 1kg, the Supp Regs were already approved at that stage. If you turn up with 1kg you will pass scrutineering.

Section 8.2, item (h) of the CAMS Rallysprint Standing Regulations indicates the requirement for two triangles.

That really means buying a new one every 6 months and that could have been on the shelf a while..... cheaper than re tagging...

I thought they were serviceable for up to three years from purchase/first tag.
