I don't think Jezza had a poo moment at all; he was just trying to Scando flick it in like Colin would've done. Pulled it off brilliantly!
Re Annual Rallysprint Safety Debate, some quick calcs: if you look at averages over the years it's been running there'd be: 70 cars per round. Each car does 4 runs. Each run is around 3 minutes average. = 14 hours of racing per round. Let's say there's one 'major' incident per round that can be attributed to the venue (e.g. car into a fence; car hits a curb and rips of wheel & suspension). There's not. There's less. But being generous, that's still only one major incident per 14 hours of racing. In the dark. With scary curbs and concrete stuffs errywhere. I don't think that's too bad.

Jezza. Awesome driving. You have that Gc8 hooking up well now... Your brakes are cherry red after each run from what I saw.
In regards to how dangerous it is.... If you cant afford to throw away the car. You cant afford to rally. There is a whole lot less shit to hit there than 1500m in a gravel rally stage. So really, its not that bad.

It's not my favourite venue, but like all motorsport you drive to suit and choose how far you want to push which is why I don't go full tilt...but it's still a heap of fun. Granted not as dangerous as gravel or targa...(let's say I have had some targa "incidents"). I guess my aim at the rallysprint is to try and avoid "expensive damage"...ie save car for targa!

We are working towards Targa West and this is a good platform to iron out gremlins/setup issues. We are not flat out and are driving well within our limits BUT still enjoying ourselves

I'm in, hopefully the last outing gremlins are sorted and tonight we are checking the nav light to ensure I don't get glare as this is the last night run before targa. Also running as navigator in an Evo so gonna be a busy night for me 😊
