Sounds like you might be dragging your clutch a little on the launch. If you are stop doing it immediately or you will be up for a new clutch in no time.

The start/lauching pad at Mc's is very slippery. You can smash that box with abandon off the line there.

Smoothest launches I have sussed out there with my car are with dccd in manual locked fully to the front diff (as even a torque split as possible front to rear). Revs at 5k and lift off.

High fives all round.
