Trackmaster (Android)

Anyone used this?

Looks ok, and possibly easier to get running for lap times than ECUdatascan, being fair to ECU, its not its main function.

Cheers

Tim

(Looks like a bluetooth NEMA device needed as well)

I will be adding a feature to the ECUDatascan so you just tell it where the finish line is and it does the rest. At the moment it's not the highest priority though.

havent used it yet, but for $10 ill give it a try at the next nolimits event and see how it goes.

Ive downloaded this app,
ill give it a try in conjunction with the torque app!

Should know pretty quickly how good it is, but im thinking for a decent resolution on the track i might need to get a remote bluetooth gps for this to work well.

Used it at Collie and the recent twilight event. I think its a $10 well spent

Jeckle 15-11-2011 03:04 PM

I have used it, and a bit of my feedback.

Wishing it was a feature on the ECUDatascaner, (casue I can't get the track lap feature working on it :()

I've used it round Collie, but unfortunately yet to compare it to a lap time set by dorian. (lap timer)

I probably need to put it in a better spot than in the cup holder, as it seems to miss a lap every now and again.

But I think its worth the $10.

Yes we do Dave but you shouldnt need it with ya HTC ?

AWDmoke 15-11-2011 04:01 PM

I run it with the inbuilt GPS in my HTC, pretty damn accurate.
Currently the only app I've actually paid for, well worth it.

mattims 15-11-2011 04:09 PM

I've used it quite a few times at barbs and its pretty good. Within 0.1s of the timing systems lap time for every lap that I have checked, probably about 20-30 laps in total.

That's with the inbuilt gps on a nexus one.
