I dont think you'll have any probs with gearbox if you dont smash gears too hard

my combo makes very little power for some reason, goes heaps better than before but should be more? not too happy
verso, vf34, big tmic, 3" turbo back, uppipe, walbro pump
255hp at the hubs on speedworks dyno, 18psi stock injecs pretty maxxed

Adam isn't running stock injectors like you though is he.....

I have a very similar setup to you (VF34, bigger TMIC, Bosch pump, 3" TBE) and got 280hp on same dyno. I am running 550cc injectors though.

255 is about right, you guys expect too much.

If you want more power, spend more money.

113.5 kilopascal = 16.46 pound/square inch.....not 18psi if that helps and I think PS is slightly less than HP as well

edit: from the conversion ratio below confuzion's measured 255.7 PS (pferdestarke) equates to 252.2hp Worth noting the peak boost is 1.13 bar whilst the average is more like 1.1 bar or 15.95 psi, explaining why the result did not match the expectations

sorry i probably should have worked out the kpa reading myself, i was going by what the tuner told me (18psi). So in that case that power with ~15/16psi isnt too bad. Injectors + retune will come eventually to squeeze some more out of it and i should be happy with that..
