Hrrm what a day!!

Was plagued with problems from the start First of all couldnt get car on a tow truck coz it was too low (front lip), so after about 1/2 hour of fucking around had to take the lip off lol
Get to RT, and they take a look at it, fitted the remaining things that needed to be done.. (tighten up-pipe bolts, install 3 port solenoid, etc)
Start the car, it wont start, flat battery... ok so we jump it and it finally starts after 20 goes.. and is lumpy as shit.
there were a million leaks in the pipes(ok my fault sorry , and the injectors even after being rescaled were just shocking... after 2 hours of fucking around we kinda managed to get a decent idle, then we noticed 02 sensor wiring was fucked... OK so we went PSI on their dyno.. lane blew the mainline dyno.
After 2 hours of fucking around trying to get some proper AFR's down low(injectors are a bit too big, and tere is not enough fuel pressure in the lines to atomise the fuel) we kinda got something going...

The end result, after quitting early (becoz the WALBRO 500hp pump is shit and cant cope anymore past 5000) and also a dodgy 02 sensor, and also with shit how afr's down low form the fuel pressure issue..



This is done on 25psi ! I couldnt run 1.8 bar like i intended coz something was going wrong with the solenoid n shit.... No doubt I'l be back soon to get all this shit sorted out

So, the cross pipe is still leaking... explaing the late boost buildup (even though the aftermarket x-pipe is bigger - lag shouldnt be that much)
decent numbers, on pump 98 fuel. Also the AB and IT were realistic

so very dissapointed that some parts on my car wern't up to the task.. as lane could only do so much with what was going on.
So looks like my first point of call is a Bosche 044 pump, and hopefulyl that will raise the pressure to run the SARD's properly. If not, then im gona have to invest in a SARD FPR. Oh and im also gonna have to get the cross pipe fixed...

And today was supposed to be the final thing im doing to my car ....

still great result tode, as i said on the phone its up to par with wot my car made and uve got all these leaks and other issues.. I think ud have atleast another 10-20 kw atw with all this sorted out..
