Hey guys dont know what happened tonight but it didnt sound good at all!

Dickhead factor got the better of me rolling 1st gear 20kms thought was a wet patch clutch in and out car shuttered badly and made a horriable sound and heard little bits of metal come off the gear and stuff thought 1st is gone straight away!

got to next set of lights went to slot it into 1st made alittle bit of noise like metal shavings rolling around then after that its been fine as now have i just chipped alittle bit off 1st gear? should i be worried? can i still drive car?

Was thinking to drain gbox oil and see what comes out?

Dont know whats happened . . . ?

if that little bit u chipped gets caught between some other gears, good by more gears PPG Build! or 6 spd

did you drive it home? if you did, there is a high probability you fucked the other gears.

just hope for the best.

and drain the box oil if you want.

I did that once, used to smoke up all 4's great, but then disintegrated 1st gear to a bare gear :-)

Drain the fluid, check the magnet on the plug and touch your toes!

youre probably missing a tooth
do an oil change on the box and see if u can recover it
it will most likely last a while, at least long enough for you to save up for a new box

Still driving fine probley just chipped a tooth will drain oil on monday probley to late though gone through the rest of the box

Still deciding weather to come possum cruise or not?
