1. Better fuel pump
2. VF series turbo (poss VF23)
3. ECU upgrade.

Also will my 440 stock injectors be enough?
Should I upgrade anything else at the same time?

Current mods are CAI and TBE (ECU is stock MY00)

All constructive comments/advice appreciated

Sorry to see it blown.
Before my remap and turbo i had fitted a IHI VF28 roller bearing turbo as you find on the P1, full decat, panel filter and a KNOCKLINK with no ECU flash and was pulling 270bhp with no probs at 18psi.
I ran it with that setup for 6 months with hard driving plus a few nice within the speed limit runs out and never had any probs, im still on standard internals now with 1.45bar boost mapped to suit my mods i have done..

It's that nice cool English weather that keeps em running sweet! 40+ degees C just kills a turbo cars performance

EDIT: Just got the piston back. It is trashed! Will post pics up when I get chance....

Here is the damage:

Got both heads machined, lapped all the valves in, new stem seals, all shimmed up etc. Saw the block today all shiny bling. They even painted the sump. Cant wait for it all to go back together. Will be like brand new only better!!!

Oh yeah! Definitely looks like it leaned out and burnt that hole through it. Well done!
