I'm looking at the FP turbos and none of it makes any sense to me.... oh well.

I'll get something that will give me more huff and puff and hopfully not lean out my injectors...

Rather than pump another $990 into reflashing the existing ecu (i.e. switching from Ecutek to Verso), you're better off using this money tuning a M800, SM4 or LinkG3. At least the M800/SM4/G3 can be resold at a later date to help recover initial outlay - can't be said for reflashed ecu's which will yield four-fifths of fark-all re-sale.

Just re-tune the tek 3...Jaron is pulling quite good numbers with most of the mods you're thinking off. Have a chat to him about tuning it. From memory it was RMS who tuned his.

New tyres (currently hankook K107 235/40/18)....Ventus EVO S1

New turbo (because i want one...)

Maybe one of those.... your VF30 is a good compromise, but FP's are pretty good

New ECU (thinking autronic or motec PnP)......you currently have ECUTek III (my old MY02 Tek III programme in fact)...it's a pretty good tune. You may do marginally better on Autronic or MoTec, but not enough to warrant the $ outlay in my opinion. Having driven your car a few times (before you bought it), it goes pretty well. I suggest you chat to Steve at MMS.

New rotors for the front and rear brakes (brembo ones starting to look a little used)...For serious track work go DBA 5000, but if less full-on the 4000's are fine.

Any comments or ideas would be appreciated...
...spend your money on handling (eg quality coilovers)
