Nails just measure them first and replace only when they hit the manufacturer recommended scrap thickness. Check with DBA, or its usually stamped on them (probably 22mm from memory).

No worries maddog had the vernia on them 24.5,so it still leaves me a couple of mill to play with for machining.
Had the on for 12 months with two sets of pads so I,am quite happy with the wear and tear factor. Good value for money hey.
