Autronic error code

Hey just wondering if anyone has had the following codes on their autronics.
This is for a my00 wrx with plug and play.

Turn the ignition on and its flashes as follows:
1 flash pause 2 flashes
1 flash pause 3 flashes

anyone know what the codes could be? i can't find 12 on the error code file on the Internet and 13 is the Throttle I/P anyone know what that is?
