I just brought a 3 jaw puller but havnt attemped to remove it yet are they a bastard?

hardest part is cracking the nut off. After that its pretty easy.

put the car into 5th, socket and breaker bar and have someone stand on the brakes,
or kick the starter motor for a split second.
