MAF if the revs are fluxuating so badly. Good idea NOT to floor it as it could lean the engine out if its sending wrong signals to the ECU.

Fuel pump could also be a likley contender and would cause a pinging noise if its shat itself. Try cleaning the Mass Air Flow sensor with electrical cleaner and hope for the best, if its WORSE or a LITTLE better after you clean it chances are its the MAF. If nothing really happens id say pump.

check for fuel blockages, ditch any aftermarket pressure regs and make sure you have decent spark at all 4 cylinders.

Hmm...

Given the post is at 12.16am, I'm guessing the car ran fine before? If so go to or call ASG and tell them.

I doubt anyone can diagnose it over a forum.

i think its best just to call up ASG to check, as i have no aftermarket fuel rail or sparkplug... all standard.....

the only thing that worries me, if the car is running too lean....... as i have mention.... i heard a few pings....loud pings
