Default Air Temp Sensor

Hey guys im just curious if any1 can tell me where the inlet air temp sensor is on a my99 wrx ?? Also i will need to know where the signal / communication wires are ???

There is none on Australian WRXs. I think that was only on the JDM STI

If you still want one for a display on your dash, you can buy a metal probe with LCD display at Jaycar. Its like $35.

i was meaning a intake temp sensor ?? is this what ur reffering to ? or u mean a external temp ??

Its a probe which you can push through the rubber hose connecting the TMIC and throttle body.

Ive got one, its got a fast refresh rate, and Im pretty happy with it. It runs on little batteries, but they last months
