Default apexi turbo timer problem

hi all just installed a turbo timer as above.I cant seem to work out why when i leave the car running while outside the car i wont arm till the motor stops.Anyone hear of this problem
any help would be very much appreciated.

Do you have a relay to the turbo timer so that you can arm the car??

as daren said...depends on the alarm if it can be relayed to the turbo timer or not..i had to pay extra for this...

Easy fix...as has been said a million times on this forum...take it out because YOU DON"T NEED ONE...

to clarify for you what Nauli means is our cars do not really need a turbo timer to help them cool down, ie..buying and installing a turbo timer is a waste of money.

i have the apexi harness,every5thing works except when i leave the car running.?does anyone have a apexi timer hooked up to there factory alarm.

+1 for not needing a Turbo Timer. They are old school, and have legality issues.

Water cooled turbo's don't need a timer .. Just don't drive hard for the last few minutes before turning off.
