Default Wierd clutch issues

Hey guys I've been having some problems lately with losing fluid so i went and bought a new clutch master (and am about to buy a new slave because it looks like some fluid is coming from there). Anyway I havn't fitted it yet.
If I was to boot it fast and change gears I would lose clutch pressure which was wierd (but could be because of the leak no doubt).

Now today I was driving to the gym and lost pedal pressure all together. It didn't stick to the floor it just became soft and springy and I could feel the engine vibrating through it and I couldn't change gears (had to stop put it in second and take off and get home in second!) When I was around the corner from home I felt the clutch and I had pressure again.

Is it possible that the clutch fork grabbed onto something on the engine maybe? Its very wierd I've never come across it before in any car.
