brakes
hey
could anyone please recomend decent feroda pads for round 80 to about the 150 dollar mark and bit of feed back on how u have gone with em. cheers romeo |
You're not going to get Ferodo's for that cheap.
|
oh really what would u recomend want them to be pretty decent.
|
buy ferodos, but if you want decent you will have to pay...you get what you pay for. brakes are something you really shouldnt skimp on
my 2c |
happy to pay didnt think they would be that expensive dont want them to be to harsh on discs that my only issue they can make all the dust in the world prefer them not to be to noisy while brakin but if they are ill get over it.

if your a cheap-ass and you only drive on the street. Bendix Ultimates.
If you like to give your car a proper thrashing, then don,t go cheapskate on one of the most important safety components of your car. |
brakes and tires are what stop you from smashing into trees, light poles, other cars, don't be cheap!
|
im not bein cheap i just didnt think pads were that much but i dont mind spendin 300 on pads or what they cost just would like some recomendations on good pads.
|
Set of 2500's would be perfect for street and basic track use.
|
i would say a set of ferodo forumla will work fine both on the street and the track
but only expect to get 100~km of track driving out of them. I never had any fading issues, no smoke, no not stopping, just wore very quickly. I think they are around 150 a set |
