2003 JDM Legacy GT Navman Engrish conversion

Hi all,
Just purchasing a 03 Legacy/lib GT wagon.
It has a in dash GPS system with onboard computer.

Anyone know about converting these to English instead of Japanese.
It has a DVD plyer in the glove box. I know I can buy new DVD's from Subaru but at $340 for the latest not wanting to waste money outright before having a clue.
