Default Brakes?

hey wondering if anyone can help me.

having trouble with brakes on my 98wrx. Can was sitting in a shed for a couple of years with no motor and box. Bought a half cut for it and transformed everything into my car.

Problem i have now is i bleed the brakes over and over like the manual says and the pedal still sinks to the ground. so i changed the master cylinder thinking this was the problem. bleed the new master cylinder, put it in and bleed the brakes again.
No air is coming out of the calipers but still the pedal goes the the floor??? it wont even pump up hard.

Tried cracking the lines on the abs and heaps of fluid, tried adjusting the brake plunger under the dash but still no joy.

Seem like it not creating enough pressure.

any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
maty

Have you had the calipers off? Could be mounted upside down.

Yep, what ^ he said. I had the same problem when I accidently put my 4pots on the wrong way around. Bleed nipple needs to be at the bottom, not the top.

LOL. Other way round buddy. Bleed nipple at the top so the air can rise to it and escape.
