Couldnt he run 225/45/17 on the std rims
I got some in 2007 for $180 ea and a bit less than that 3 months ago
about $170 I think........

remember pretty much every brand including kumho went up about 9% on jan 1st, so all the prices have changed.. some our cheap tyres are now quite frikken expensive !

Yep... That woulda been me

I think all i was offered at beaurepairs was some Triangles?

Yeah, i think i heard you say aggresive looking ? thats probably why he showed you them.. If you got 5 come down this morning, i'll show you some other stuff i could get.

Bridgestone adrenaline are a great tyre that hold up exceptionally well on the track, and they break away very nicely. Great in the wet and dry. I also have RS2's on my other rims which are very grippy, though dont have the same break away that the re001 have.

I rate the KU31's. Had them on my 18's. Did everything i asked of them without issue - wet and dry.
