Default Which Tyres???

Hey guys,
gotta get some new rubber so i went out and got a buch of prices so now i was just wondering what tyres people have run on and what people might recommend...

These are everyday tires for me but i do make the occasional trip to the drags and a do a lot of hard driving through the deserted parts of the hills...

k, heres the candidates

Toyo T1R $310 (per Tyre)
Toyo P4 (PROXES 4) $220
Khumo KU36 $230
Bridgestone Adrenalin $270
Bridgestone ER300 $210

Love some feedback
Cheers guys

Joel

+1, I got them on my GC8 and absolutely love them. They are a much harder compound than both of the Toyo's. Cost me about $280ea in 17" from Wheels World

bought a set of Hankook k107 a few months back. They are marginally more expensive than the RS2. Bought these over the RS2 because John @ Wheelsworld said they were a better tyre in the wet.
VERY happy with them.

And another option.

Ive racked up about 10-12thou to date on some Sumitomo ZIII's. Very good, (predictable) wet and dry grip, nice life so far, and no noisier than the next tyre. Not as 'aggro looking' tread cut as some, however, function over form. They perform. Definately worth a look:

http://www.sumitomotire.com/theline/...sp?c=per&id=42

Was dubious at first, however the competitive price I got them for in a 225/40/18 made it attractive.

Ill go back to them. I have run most of the Toyo stable, (T1-S, now T1-R i think, Proxes and TPG). As well as Hankook K....... 104's???? From memory, and id go back to these Sumi's.

My 2c.

Brent.

[EDIT - Might have been 107, as per above post. I cannot recall exactly]
