try and borrow a known good set of wheels/tyres off some one and go for a short drive to se if the problem is gone.
|
thats a good idea too, can pin point if it's tyres or suspension.
|
Too much powaa??
|
I would say that if the problem moved with rotating the tyres then you have found the source of the issue.
The biggest mistake people make tracking down a problem is changing multiple items in one hit and never finding out what was wrong. Make a list of possible problems and work through one by one. This will also give you a list to track through backwards if you get rid of one problem and start another. |
^^ Agreed

had an alignment done and made no difference, tried a different set of wheels/tyres also no difference... aagghhhh |

Hmm.. MY05 STi
Under hard accelleration in first, I get pulling cycling from left right left right. It's not launching but revs to say 4k and letting the clutch out so as not to stall or dump. The road surface was not smooth. Any ideas.. |
