ah, nah they are firm in. i pulled the wheel off agin this afternoon, check the wear markers on the front and back of the disk they have plenty of room left, i wd40'd the bolts on the caliper and bottom of the strut but its still making the noise, it sounds like its coming from in the caliper

have you copper gresed the shackles up at the back of the discs??

dont know what you call em over here but at the back of the pads/discs just put copper grease in em just in case pads have slight movement....
|

Rock caught between disk and disk protector thing? I had this happen but it was loud!

I started getting a lot of creaking from the suspension after I drove the car in the wet on Saturday. I just re-greased the swaybar bushes yesterday and everything is quiet again.
