Default Alternative to welding alluminium

Guys I have and alluminium manifold and alluminium injector bosses which I want to add to the runners.

I can't weld them on as they were distort the manifold what other way can I do it? The alluminium runners ate only 1.75 mm thick so a thread can't be screwed on either.

Any suggestions? Only need to stick an area of 12 mm or so around the circumfernce of the boss.

Defcon should work but how does it go against fuel?

Lewis how does brazing exactly work? Any heat involved?

Yes there is heat but products like durafix are used with LPG or Propane torches which weld at a lower temp than TIG. It is used on radiators so I say it would be suitable for your application.
