Sti intake manifold is the same as WRX. Except Red.

Red is faster! :p

Usually the STi intake manifold of the gc8 era are flaking the red paint badly by now. Its a sign that its a genuine STI item. :p

If you are going to remove your intake manifold you may as well clean up and re-paint the current one you already have with some wrinkle red.

everything fits, its just a matter of how badly you want it!

the sti spec c manifold would be a great upgrade also. although difficult to pull off, far from impossible. two major hassles would be the lack of idle valve using the stock throttle body and the pnp autronic will loose boost control, naturally this can be fixed by running rotational idle 24/7. the next major hurdle is the relocation of the coil-pack, this will prove the hardest challange. you could cheat and rewire individual coils but what's the fun in that. what else, ohh yes, the throttle cable.....but one huge benefit is it looks gucci and you can run factory top feeds in sti or decaps!
