Default Question on fresh clutch install

Hi all,

Just completed intalling an Excedy Sports Tuff HD Clutch to my rex. Didn't machine the flywheel as it had little to no wear on it, cleaned it all up to remove all oil properly and was all rubbed up with rough emery.

Just took it for a drive, and it operates fine apart from what I would consider excessive shudder upon slowly letting the clutch out, around take up point.

Is this normal for this type of clutch? I assumed going for the sports tuff which still has an organic plate would not cause me this problem..... or do i just need to wait to let it bed in? Or alternatively would this be the result of stuffing something up, followed all the instructions to the T though.

Any experiences with this same clutch would be appreciated.

Thanks, Ray.
