gear box problem
 

Just a gear box question.....
A mate owns a ppg straight cut boxt my01 and is getting a notchy/grindy shift from third to forth all the syncros and hubs are pretty much brand new and he is running standard gear oil. Dose anyone now if a different grade oil would eliminate this problem?? any sugestions.
