Upgrading Wastegate

Hi guys i am just enquiring about the advantages of a upgraded wastegate actuator.

I am currently running a EJ207 with Autronic SMC, VF34, Hyperflow TMIC and Aps cold Air Intake.

Will i get any benefit out of a Upgraded actuator if i have an Autronic or will the standard Vf34 one be controlled to the same extent by the ECU.

I was just wondering if this would just be a cosmetic upgrade because the Autronic can control the wastegate allready.

Any feedback would be greatefully appreciated.

I got in on the Forge group by that Waxdass organised - 1bar spring. I noticed quicker boost response with it holding flat to redline. Also means you don't require as much duty cycle from the solenoid to hold higher boost levels. Its all a plus as far as I'm concerned. You don't gain horsepower but I dare say you get an incremental increase in response and better control.

Up better springs = better control so a big plus IMO.
