You're underestimating the brains trust at JWS. There was a fair bit of clever engineering in the back of it, including Nissan 114pcd rear hubs, shafts and R200 Diff.

John, I'm not real keen on milling the mounting lugs of a brake caliper on a road registered car. I'm sure it'll be fine......but what if????
