car problems... already
maybe i'm doing something wrong but i got into my car yesterday after work.. started fine. I stopped past the shops and wen i got back into my car to start it, it died. sounded like a flat battery so i turned off everything possibly like the stereo, my ipod plug and my lights, which got it started but it died again.
i called the RAC and as i was waiting 4 them I gave it 1 last shot and managed to get it started. wen i got home i checked if it could hav been the battery but said it was fine. wen i went to start the car to put it in the garage, same sht again. gave it 5 mins and it started again... anyone know what it could be.. is it a subaru thing?? and once again I'm learning so be patient with me. :icon_colo |
loose connection on ur battery? or corosion around the terminals? starter motor sticking? without seeing it, or hearing it, it could be any number of things
|
did you pay the power bill??
|
best way to explain how it sounds is that the battery sounds flat, but yeh checked it and its not.
|
does it have the brant system still? (the keypad that you use before starting it).
have a look on the battery, is there a date on the top? might give you an idea as to how old the battery is. |
did you buy it from a car yard or private sale?

Mate I had te same drama's in my race car, charged the battery back up good and proper and no issues again, it might just be a marginal battery thing.
