probably a couple of grand, depending whats wrong and how much the engineer cost to reface and service your heads.

obviously the car has panel damage.

I would suggest getting the motor out and off to someone to strip as needed to assess the valve damage.

while the engine is being inspected/repaired have the panel repairs done and source all the other parts you will need (radiator & fans, belt covers etc)

might get the body work done while the engine is out..

looks like i will be rebuilding it myself, take it to work and do it on the bench..

I work for Subaru as a tech... And cos my tight ass work won't let anyone work on there cars in the workshop, I was just struggling for a place to do it... Rebuilding this will be a piece of cake... I have done alot of these before or weekly intact....
