JME: Does your Prova oil air separator still utilize the PCV suction line to enhance head scavanging?

You can do it as the crank breathes to the pcv and the intake as per oem.

How would you go about plumbing a catch can to do that?

Most guys block the PCV all together. Like in the pic that Tino put up.

I also heard you wouldnt want to utilize the PCV to help with scavenge into a OAS as when the car hits +ve boost it will pump oil thru it.

I blocked mine off. Essentially the pcv is an emissions device, as long as you regulate pressure from the crank the OAS will be effective.

No, it won't (*edit: SHOULDN'T) pump oil through the PCV valve.

A working PCV valve is held shut by the positive manifold pressure when the engine is on Boost.

The only time the PCV is open (well metering really) is when the engine is in vacuum.

The only time it becomes an issue is if the catch can overflows (Jesters original problem) & it sucks raw oil into the manifold.

But how can you plumb the pcv to scavenge the head breathers?

That's what it does in the factory configuration.
