Okay for the breather system guru's, is this setup okay?

- Small breather ports on each head – Tee’d together, go into catch can
- Large breather ports on each head – Blocked off
- PCV – Removed
- Small port on crank vent – blocked off
- Large port on crank vent – go into catch can.
- Catch can - 2 inlet ports, outlet breathes to atmo (K&N filter).

This whole scavenging thing.. is it important?

If so, would it be beneficial to plumb the outlet of my catch can to a nipple on the intake, or does that defeat the purpose of having a catch can?

Thats pretty much exactly the same way I have my catch can set up. Had it that way for nearly 3 years now. No need for scavenging. It works just fine.

My catch can is a modified Drift Brand can I got from Autopro. I had it modified from a simple can to have internal baffling and filtering as well as the little external filter.

Similiar to me Joe - and yes, it will be fine. I went head to can, head to can, block off the 2 others, crankcase to can, return to inlet. (Hippo-flow 4 port).

Brent.

I've got an RMS can.. its not baffled, but I'm going to look at replacing it with one of those blinged out 42 Draft ones (like Jme has), with the only change being vent back to intake rather than atmo (keeps the engine bay nice and clean!).

Thanks guys
