Can you post some pics? Removing the washer bottle to fit a FMIC sounds very unusual.

See attached PDF, should be plug F32, shown on the lower right hand side of the drawing of the front of the vehicle.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

On the wiring diagram it shows different colours? But I doubt the plug would be different.

You say that you bought the sti washer bottle for the boot? I thought that was the intercooler water spray bottle. That would most likely explain the different plug.

I'm pretty sure that the sti has the washer bottle in the same location as the WRX. Although I could be mistaken?

all done i just ran a new power from the washer bottle to that F32 plug
thanks for the diagram and your help :D

Can we establish if this thread is about a 'weird' washer bottle install in the boot,

Or if it is about a diy intercooler water spray setup using the adm sti boot mounted water spray bottle?

I had my windscreen washer bottle removed as well when they installed my front mount.

Process west said there is no need to move it and others have kept it.

I had a bit of a go, got rather difficult since my wheels were tightened up way too much for me to get them off with the tools I had. It did fit back in place kind of :D Im sure it would fit back as per usual with a bit more time and patience.

Out of curiousity, do the STi's still have the wiring in place for fog lights? Because I still have one plug left over which I cant find where it goes. The only place it loooks like it could fit was into the foglight.

To clarify, the car had a window and headlight washer bottle combined mounted beneath the LH headlight. It's huge, probably holds 8-10 litres and has 2 pumps. There is no way to get cooler pipes around it, hence my sugestion he utilise an STi I/C spray bottle in the boot as a window washer. (The strut mounted bottle as fitted to earlier models is a no go as well due to the air pump fitted to 2006>)
