Rattling when cold
Hi guys. this started occuring on Friday night. Wen the motor has had time to cool down a bit and im starting to drive off there is a rattling sound More metal sounding than ne other rattle. Stops after a bit of driving and it all warms up again. Could this be my turbo goin on the way? No mods except exhaust atm. So i really dunno wat it could be but that.

maybe your up-pipe heat shield, just like mine, simple welding will fix it

Maybe your piston/s slapping about when cold,
then when they've heated up they take up the gap. How olds ya car? What mods? more important, what boost?

Nah it's all the crap in your boot causing your car to vibrate to pieces, it's called metal fatigue, probably one of your front guards falling off.

Check out your heat shields, and if it started when you got the new exhaust fitted then get it back for the exhaust mounts to get checked.
