HID kit problem

Just installed h1 hid kits for my 2004 wrx all wired properly, globes work, fuses work, but hid's not lighting up?

Usual Wrx problem reverse the large plug that goes into the ballast that work??

yeah i had the same problem. reverse the polarity.
