Lower/Further Back seat rails
Rs Lib, V5 Sti seats.
I have grave concerns that I cant fit in the car with a helmet atm. So I need to work out a way to drop the seat height or move it back a little more. Dropping it is the preferred solution. Thoughts? |

Worse comes to worse and the sunroof will be finding a new home.

Surely you can get a low rail setup for the RS?
Otherwise, DIY and bolt the seat to the chassis. Problem solvered! |
I am unsure Kato - I would assume so with the number used in motorsport.

Found one on ebay UK if you're on a budget: LOW Seat Rail Subaru Legacy BD5 BG5 Impreza WRX GF8 GC8
Super low driverside seatrail for full bucket seat - Fits Legacy BD BC BG BF and Impreza GC GF £94 shipped from the UK which is roughly $150 AUD. Apparently it's super awesome JDM spec so I assume it's RHD fitment. |
The Kansai one for GD should theoretically fit...Japanparts
