Default Widest possible rims for my legacy

hey guys, I have a 94 legacy with WRX rims on it, I am looking for a new set of rims for it and I am unsure on what is the maximum width I can go to.
there is a set of volk racing rims I want but I am unsure if they will fit on as there are their specs:
FRONT - 18x9
REAR - 18x10
P.C.D. - 5x100
Will these fit onto my legacy? Personally I think they are too wide....
cheers, Blair.

not gonna happen. Having different width rims front and rear isnt a good idea on a AWD car too.

Im running 17x8 +47 on a Gen 1 Legacy with 235/45 tyres. Clears ok. I have heavily rolled guards.

Next wheels I wanna try are 17x8.5+44 with 245/40 tyres. Im pretty sure I can clear them with a little extra camber.

It all so depends on how low you go. I am sitting about 100mm of the ground at the lowest point, running 18x8 +45 with 225/40 tyres all round with -0.7 camber all round. I only scrub on sudden jolts, with the tyre scrubbing on the top of the wheel well.

This is site will help you determine what will fit and what wheels and tyres to select.
Online Wheel & Tyre Fitment calculator. Offset and Tyre Stretch

I am waiting on some wheels to come in at the moment (18x9 +30)
These will have a flush fitment, without having to do much more rolling and hopefully no pulling. I will be running the same 225/40 tyres all round, and will not endure anymore scrubbing than I currently am.

My suggestion is when you go wide, choose a smaller tyre to what is recommend. If are you are not going low (which I presume you are) you shouldn't have any trouble with real wide wheels besides cops and slight rub on your guards which can be easily fixed by rolling them.

If I was you, I wouldn't go 10's all round as you will get yellowed by the first pig that see you.

These are 18 x 10 +18

Man up. Theres enough room on a 04 WRX to run 255/35s if roll the guards and run a little more camber.

-0.7 is fuck all. I run -2 on a daily driver.
