Water wetter has no anti-freeze in it, something to be aware of, also there doesn't seem to be a life-cycle of the product listed.
I wouldn't use it in a road car, maybe in a race car.

Water wetter is just a high temperature detergent that reduces surface tension & hence improves the 'wet out' of the coolant. You can mix it with glycol based coolants without issue.
I like it.

It's a bit of a thread hijack as my question is not technically coolant related, but does anyone know what the factory settings are, at what temp the thermo fans should come on? engine is N/A 2.0 boxer fitted to a work mates trike, he was concerned after reaching 90 deg. at a level crossing and fan didn't cut in. Thanks in advance for any help.

Fans cut in @ 91-92c and cut out again at 89c in a gc8 ej20.
