Exedy Stage 1 Organic Clutch
 

hi Guys,

Has anyone on here had experience with the above clutch.

I am about to get one installed in my 06 WRX. These clutches are rated to a solid 400hp with mine sitting at around 3/4 of that power.

My previous clutch (stage 2 exedy) recently installed only 10,000k ago broke...faulty product which I bought from a store in America so chasing that atm, so stick with Australian companies this time....hoping for better luck

So your going from a stage 2 exedy clutch to a stage 1 exedy clutch?

Its probably the same clutch with a different pressure plate.

Yup. Stage 2 is ceramic 3 puk. Stage 1 is Organic Full face.

Ive got the Stage 1 Organic HD for 6 speed. Love it.

Thanks guys, yeah only reason I am reverting back was due to the part was bought in America and has since failed miserably and to not have the hassle of buying from overseas again I am sourcing the part here in Aus.....
There has been a change of plan also. I am getting a custom clutch kit from Godzilla Motorsports in Brisbane. The mechanic contacted them and for an extra $140 I am getting a clutch kit from them. Rated to hold a further 150hp and its a smoother clutch and easier to launch.
Money money money however. Hard to come by when needed the most
