Yeah sounds like there is a ipod/usb cable option. Some people said they asked there dealer for it. Might be hidden behind your deck if its not showing.

That old chestnut. Lots of assumptions here, but wouldn't the same bloke go 4 seconds quicker with better suspension? My career tells me that if it's lighter and/or stronger, then it goes better? As I said, coming from an engineering background, I'm not necessarily looking at making the car go faster, but rather looking to improve on what Subaru have already done (very well I might add). If it goes faster as a result, bonus!

Also, having raced karts and from riding the bike, I'm well aware that the driver/rider is 90% of the story when it comes to lap times. If I can get to tinker on my car by adding shiney new bits to it, I'll learn more about it and be having fun at the same time.

Yeah, I'll have a look when I get back. The Spec R comes with the premium sat nav, which delets the USB and replaces with RCA jacks. How backwards is that?! Doesn't seem very premium to me?!

And doesn't the STI sticker even show a lower case i at the end??? Didn't realise people on here get so butt hurt about such little things!

I dont think you will go "better" with cheap suspension is all. You where the one saying about money and hiding from your mrs.

Also sway bars may make the car roll less but again may not make it quicker. May make it slide more and be more taily.

My apologies for misleading you. I definitely won't be putting cheap aftermarket parts on this car - my pride and joy. But if they are expensive, I might just need to wait for a bit until I've worked my magic on the mrs!

if you regularly ride like i do, you will spend lots of $ on the car to make it go like the bike. Let me give you this advice (as i've done exactly that in the past).

you will need to spend shit loads of $ for the car to go like 1 litre bikes do, if i had my time again i would leave the car as it is and not even touch it as anything you do to it will leave you wanting more etc.

unless you shit with kesh (in which case please take a dump at my place) leave the car as it is....it's for cruising. If you want to go fast, use the fireblade. Spend the saved cash on coke+hookers

No maybe about it. What i was saying is by putting coilovers, sways etc in like me and burke have doesnt mean you will be quicker. Go drive it at the track. See what you dont like about it. THEN change it.
