Sticky Clutch Pedal
hey guys
I got a 1991 subaru Liberty Rs conversion, i have small problem that i am stuck on it only just happened recently where my clutch pedal has become sticky, and only sometimes stays on the floor but it does come up but the car still drives fine just the pedal sticks. any advice on how i can fix this Cheers Ian |
Check your slave cylinder, as the bore wears they can become sticky and cause the clutch pedal to not come back up.

If you search sticky clutch pedal or clutch bleeding you should find a few threads with relevant info. Happened to me after doing a clutch fluid flush, and I found a couple of good techniques to bleed it properly from this forum

awesome thank you very much guys :)

:) :) :)

there will be a leak in the pipe somewhere
|
or if it is like my problem clutch sticking on floor = broken clutch pivot point
|
if its sticking half way check ur crank end float, crank thrust bearings could be buggerd, but more than lightly you just need to bleed up the clutch or find leak.
