TUNE for stock GC8
 

Hey peeps, i got a guy that works with me he has a 98 wrx, few mods done and tuned stock ecu by previous owner, he wants to retune it, dooes any1 know where he can? ASG and STechnic dont do it apparently

tuned stock ecu?? i dont think that is possible.. but from what ive seen on the forums here, apparently the gc8 ecu are self learnt

Find out what tuning software was used then go from there

He will need an aftermarket ecu to tune it. Nothing can really be done with the 98 ecu in WA.

If it has been tuned, find out what ecu is in it. If it hasn't budget for a new ecu. i.e. PowerFC, Vipec, Autronic, Motec etc

TJ i had an 04 wrx, im not familiar with earlier models, but thanx for that comment
