Don't think Subaru Wangara will answer their phone on a Sunday. Plus, it will cost you double going through a dealership than to go through someone like Doug at STechnic or Jim Hall etc.

Try west Coast Imports, Teo had a late model Subaru there that they just sold a motor out of it, possibly a manual 0403659748 he is some times open sundays

John it's first gear i think it is the cog damaged as it on make a very loud tick nosie in first gear no other gear.

Hmmm, what your describing sounds like a broken or chipped tooth.
Get it confirmed as that, your welcome to bring it in to us at Subaru Wangara. Wont cost you anything for me to go for a drive with you or listen to the noise.
If indeed thats the problem, it may be cheaper to get a second hand box.
First gear damage requires replacement of the main shaft.
