Tyres on a 03 WRX

I have conflicting information on what is the stock tyre size that a 03 WRX comes with. The two sizes I have are 205/55/16 and 215/45/17. Which of this is true?

Also, I do see alot of people on here fitting 225/45/17 tyres, can these be fitted on stock WRX rims?
